Once again my gratitude knows no bounds, you and your esteemed colleagues have again saved the day. As you are no doubt aware I called Mark around 8 pm on Tuesday evening in my usual blind panic ( part of the job, you know ) and incoherently rabbited on about my capping machine main column bearing seizing up. Mark, in his own inimitable style told me to relax, take deep breaths and he would take away all my worries, he then informed me that I required a replacement slewing ring and he would have one delivered next day. Do you know what? he did. Absolutely wonderful, what a service! He even said to me " don't worry about order numbers or anything like that, you get your machine back in production and then we can sort out the paper work", honest, Mark actually said that. Any way the part duly arrived on schedule yesterday and my machine is back in production. Again, thank you for an excellent service.
